If you are here for your appointment, please use the link to the right to begin your virtual visit.

Visitors:

If you would like to learn more about our services, feel free to browse the site. Please be aware that we are ONLY providing telehealth and work with older adolescents and adults only. If you believe that you would like to schedule an appointment, here are the steps to take:

  1. Not every client problem is suitable for telehealth so an initial phone call will be required to determine whether this modality will be suitable for you. You will likely need to leave a voicemail as Dr. Maples will not be able to answer phone calls during her work with other clients. Please leave your name and a brief description of the problem area that you would like to work on.

  2. Client forms are available on the site and all must be signed and returned before an appointment will be given.

  3. Once the forms are returned, we will call to schedule you for the next available appointment.
